2012 Keach Conference

Mark your calendars!  The Reformed Baptist Fellowship of Virginia will host the 2012 Keach Conference on September 28-29.  This year’s conference will take place at Christ Reformed Baptist Church in Charlottesville.  Online registration will be up and running at some point in the near future.

The topic of the event will be Chapter 6 of the 1689 Confession: “Of the Fall of Man, Of Sin, and Of the Punishment Thereof.”  Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Carl Trueman, professor of Historical Theology at Westminister Seminary (Philadelphia).

Two pastors from Virginia will also be speaking and those details will be revealed soon enough.  As always, there will be no cost.  My family and I are looking forward to it.  Hope to see you in Charlottesville!

  1. sounds really cool, josh! what kind of stuff do they do at the Keach Conference? i remember you talking about it last year…

    • It is definitely cool! Basically there are two speakers at the Keach Conference: one who speaks to the topic from a scholarly perspective and one who speaks from a pastoral perspective. There’s also tables set up selling books (including Lloyd Sprinkle’s excellent reprints of classic Christian works) and just wonderful fellowship among the saints who gather there. Our church hosted it last year. It’s a wonderful time of growth and fellowship.
