Yesterday I finished my mid-term exam for my church history class. Lots of reading to do for my other class waiting for me. Hollie and I have finally found a house. Lord willing, we’ll be closing on it soon. Looking for a house and then buying it has become almost a full-time job. In the past couple of weeks, I think I’ve scanned and faxed more documents than ever in my entire life.
In the midst of all this, I’ve tried to keep up with this blog as best I can. I apologize to my readers for my lack of consistency. I’ve managed to keep my sanity and I’m actually doing better now that everything is falling into place. Hollie and I are so blessed to have so many people praying for us and assisting in so many other ways. Makes me look forward to June even more!
I should also mention that the elders at CRBC have been gracious in asking a number of men in the church, myself included, to assist with the liturgy. Helping with communion, reading the call to worship, and giving the benediction will be some of our responsibilities. Please keep us all in prayer as we assist in this capacity in corporate worship. I hope to be writing more soon.
