Lord willing, Hollie and her daughters will be here this coming weekend. We’ll be participating in the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. on Monday along with some of our friends. This is always a bittersweet time of the year because it causes me to reflect on the millions of unborn children slaughtered in America over the past several decades. May God have mercy upon our nation.
On the other hand, it’s also a joyful time because of the opportunity to meet up with fellow Christians and other pro-life folks. When you see all of the youth who regularly attend these events, it really does give me hope that the fight will carry on and that justice may indeed prevail in this realm. I prayerfully await that day.
In the midst of all this, it’s important for us to remember that abortion is ultimately not about politics. This is about the Holy Spirit changing hearts and minds. My beloved Hollie has boldly decided to share her own narrative…one which has a happy ending, praise God. Her story is an example of God’s grace and mercy. I hope you all are encouraged and edified by it.
